Play games with the kids.  Use holiday themed board games, have a Christmas scavenger hunt, or play Christmas musical chairs.

Play Christmas movies.  Kids love watching classic holiday movies like Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer and Disney's A Christmas Carol.

Try to choose some activites that kids can do on their own.  Kids like to be independent, so set up a kids corner at your party where the adults can keep an eye on them, but they can still play without being micro-supervised.
